HIGH PERFORMANCE FILTRATION
In traditional filtration fabrics, dust particles become embedded within the fibers. over time, the airflow is reduced and the pressure drop in the baghouse increases.
KAY-TEX® fabrics have a pore size below 1 micron diameter. So the particles can’t penetrate the filtration surface and stay outside of the membrane. also, PTFE is also one of the materials with lower coefficient of friction, allowing that the cleaning system of the baghouse can easily remove the dust cake from the surface.

RESISTANCE TO CHEMICALS & HIGH TEMPERATURE
PTFE is chemically inert, so laminating the membrane over PPS, m-aramid, Polyimide, fiberglass or PTFE textile materials we obtain a filter media with outstanding performance in aggressive environments.
